Mobile Hiring Managers lose $$$ on waiting to hire the right candidate

I am telecom expert, providing consultancy to various Telecom Carriers, Financial Institutions and Hi Tech companies. My company - ComConDA Ltd is in Israel.
The scope of my activity: Planning International carrier networks, LEC network, VAS operator network and more, including preparation of RFP/RFI, Vendor negotiations, and planning of both Legacy and NGN solutions. I was involved during my carrier (not only as a consultant) in managing various telecom projects over the world, including a major one with Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom and Sprint International - in establishing International Carrier in Israel.
My last consultancy project was evaluation of WiMAX technology project and investment opportunity in WiMAX operator in Europe. A few years ago I planned MMDS and LMDS nationwide network (1 year + project) for Israeli CLEC.
I was planning networks and managing projects in many countries, e.g. Japan, Australia, Spain, Russia, Israel.
Spoken languages – I am fluently (speaking, writing and reading) in English, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew (also French and German - mostly reading and basic communications).
I am currently open for consultancy opportunity and may use your kind services.
