- I have been working with WiMax.com for 3 years. I assist engineers and other technical staff in training placement as well as marketing related tasks for WiMax.com, WiMAX equipment companies, and WiMAX focused events.
What people are doing online today is amazing! (Take WiMAX360 for example)... Shopping, communicating, trading, learning etc. Whether BtoC or BtoB, online presence through the appropriate channel is critical to an overall media plan. Online marketing initiatives are an integral part to any overall marketing agenda not only because of the exposure, but because of the ability to effectively target (whether that be geographic, behavioral, industry targeting etc) as well as gathering critical measurements. The interactive element of online marketing is so special and what companies are doing online today to reach key decision makers is ground breaking.
For 3 years I have assisted companies wanting to reach the wireless broadband/WiMAX industry in creating campaigns built around branding, lead generation, or both. We have tested many different marketing tools...some have worked, some have not. At this time, I feel WiMax.com provides the BEST channel as well as the BEST tools for reaching our niche industry.
