Mistake => Check below. QPSK 1/2 = 1 bit/ tone = 6 bytes / subchannel (1 DL PUSC subchannel have 48 data tones) QPSK 3/4 = 1.5 bits/ tone = 9 bytes / subchannel 16QAM 1/2 = 2 bits/ tone = 12 bytes / subchannel ... 64QAM 5/6 = 5 bits/tone = 30 bytes…

What kind of capacity do you want to calculate? If you want to calculate the real(-_-; somewhat not real) numbers of sessions(users). You should first check how many MAP-IE's can be made in your profile and how many sub-channels are possible in DL a…

Dear Kim,

This is Jay, from Bangalore, India.
It might be a basic question for you, but I don't have a clear vicinity over this.
Why 8/7 or 28/25 oversampling in WiMAX? What we can actually achieve from this? Can you please throw me some light on this?
Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Jai..

Hi Mr Donghun Kim.Thanks for accepting my invitation. Yes I do have a few questions would like to ask.

Since you are involve in RF optimization, may I ask how can i know the threshold value for RSSI specifically for wimax 802.16e?

To do the optimization what's the parameter that need to change? Is it the same as 3G ? Like the antenna heigh..transmit power and so on?

Kamsahamnida..(",)..Correct me if Im wrong. TQ
