You can see easily wat he did.. He just simply find out the useful BW.. First he found the BW which one user needs from the traffic percentages...so if u give 1mbps for certain type of user then u can divid tht BW according to traffic percn…

ceil and floor are Matlab command consider the following:- example ceil is round up while floor is rounding down
>> ceil(9/7)
ans = 2
>> floor(9/7)
ans = 1

For calculation of cell capacity you have to find out how many users a sector can support.. how much kbps each user min requirement is.. Let me put in steps:
1- U have to calculate UL and DL useful BW by removing several overheads
