For calculation of cell capacity you have to find out how many users a sector can support.. how much kbps each user min requirement is.. Let me put in steps:
1- U have to calculate UL and DL useful BW by removing several overheads

Information that you have provided is working properly for DL data rate of mobile wimax but the values are different in UL data rate. Could you please check in case of UL data rate.
