- GSM Radio Frequency Planning - Supervising the projects for new sites as well proposed corrections of existing ones form radio frequency point of view; Link budget calculation as a result from prepared projects; Preparing computer simulations and performing assessment of the planned coverage, as well as of the existing mobile network; Preparing projects for determining of frequency resources and minimizing own interferences of the network; Analyzing the measurements, tests and evaluations made by Radio Optimization Department; Collaboration with the other company departments and all vendors aiming smooth going of the radio planning process; Working for development and elaboration of existing models for electromagnetic waves propagation, performing control and elaboration of existing digital maps and improvement of their accuracy; Preparing automatic frequency plans.
