There are few of the training manuals in the hard copy format, i dont have their soft copy so cannot share them. Take my advice, get hold of a book, Fundamentals of WiMAX from prentice hall. This ll provide you indepth insight about the technology. Remind me bny requesting for the same book on my personal email id: meditranian@gmail.com. I will send you the soft copy of that book.

there are services classes for each type of application.For internet services you could use Best effort with priority 0,for MPEG streaming video and voice you can use RT-PS (priority 7) you can also give a priority to some customers sensitive to delay by giving them BE with some real time,you can play with it...
