in order to have the certificate you have 2 options
1. you can ask your organization (university or company) to contact DoceoTech and to ask them to come and give the training and after that u need to pass their exam wich will cost the organization about USD 2000. Or.
2. You can see their schadual, because they give this training in different countries and you need to travel to take the training and then to pass the exam (this will cost you about USD 3000).
This DoceoTech the only company that have the certification from WiMAX to provide training. their website is www.doceotech.com and their publich training schadual is

maybe u can contact them to ask them if you can do it online.
