the best way to tune in ATDI is to make a CW test , then you must make correlation between the measurement and the predicitons until you reach the best value ( +- 2%)....you must only tune the clutter height without adding any losse...

First u need to do the coverage calculation, then use the field strength converter to get the equivalent unit you're interested. You can then use the general filter to service area you're interested in.
