Yes Sandeep you are right..I mean to say that..suppose I choose to use fractional frequency reuse plan and coverage prob. for the outer 10km area say 75 % (coverage) and overall coverage prob. say 90%. In this case could you please help me how should I apply Fading model to this scenario to calculate F.M.

Thanks a ton sandeep,

I understand there are 150K subscribers in India including Reliance and Tata. Can you validate that?

SInce you are in Tata VSNL, I would like to get connected with someone who is evaluating CPEs. We have a test solution for validating CPEs.

Hi Sundeep,
How are you doing? after a long time.
Sandeep, I am working on Link Budget parameters for Wimax Relay network for coverage extension. And while calculating the parameters I am facing problem which model should I use to calculate F.M. I know it's vendor dependent but still I am confused which model to use.
Could you please help me in this concern.
Thank,

I've noticed your involvement in matters of electromagnetic compatibility, and it is a rare art lately with systems engineers.

Hi Sandeep.
Thank you for contacting me regarding WiMAX. It seems that Sprint/Clearwire are close to "commercial launch" of their WiMAX and have successfully overcome their backhaul issues.
