It appears that the Foggy weather in Delhi extends to much more than just atmosphere, certainly to the Foggy Policies and to the ministries of Telecom and Finance. The Ministry of Finance has recommended the doubling of the reserve prices to $ 8 Billion for 3G and $ 4 Billion for WiMAX. Even though such events are quite common to policy watchers and hardly ruffle any feathers, this one takes the cake for a number of reasons.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what is a video worth? We can't think of any better way to illustrate how WiMax could change the consumer broadband experience than with a bird's-eye view of mobile WiMax in action -- albeit on the Xohm "beta" network in Chicago, which at the time of this filming was not yet commercially available.
