Everything you need to know about WiMAX

I think we can all agree that the IPhone made a statement, AT&T's turn to say can you hear me now. Two issues that caused Sprint problems, was first that 100 dollar all you can eat plan, and second, the launch of the IPhone, in and around that same time frame. Consumers said if I'm going to pay 100 dollars, I'm going to go first class, and the subscriber base shifted carriers. That ripple effect is being felt through out the telco industry. Consumers don't care what the back end looks like. Today they would say, if there were a better device I would buy it. If I were to say iPhone has everything but the kitchen sink, they would say there's an app for that. Device makers, Apple gave you the future, they also set the bar high, and made all the devices before it yesterdays stuff. So the consumer dictates who the winners will be, with there purchasing power. And yesterdays stuff is what there not buying.

Looks like Apple is staying on top of things, due to the new palm pre, seems the 4G pre has faster processors, and Apple, is going to at least match or exceed the speed. Check out this report from Forbes, Tittled, The iphone may get smarter.

Thanks for that Jose. Nice device. Samsung's doing a lot of interesting work over there with wimax and LTE dual mode integration, we can expect more great products from Samsung.
